So I've noticed some people like to sand down the scales of their Emerson's. I prefer the grippy texture myself, but have a box of spare A100 parts laying around(long story) and consumed entirely too much coffee way too late in the evening so thought I'd see what I could do.

I haven't done the back scale yet. I'm waiting until I put this on my minty fresh A100 to see if it would still fit first.

Thanks for checking it out:thumbup:

Thanks bub. It's nice and smooooth! I still have the original, untouched scales aswell:thumbup: I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.

I like the grippyness myself, but the rounded smooth G10 looks good on the A100.

Thanks guys. I still need to do some fine touch ups here and there, like bring out the G10 grain in the middle. Was totally shooting for a CC look and feel and for a few hours of elbow grease I pretty much got what I was after:thumbup:

You did a great job, It really came out nice...............

Some how it looks like you added to the scales and made them bigger! I like it.

The fact that they are now contoured as opposed to flat does make the grip slightly bigger. The fact that it's smooth and there is no finger guard relegates it to strictly gentlemanly task now:) Glad you like it bub, thank you.
