Been kind of slow here, what`s everybody up to? I`ve just been grinding away, mostly for non BF members, so I have not been posting pics. I will be showing an unusual one tomorrow, even though it`s not for a member, it`s just different. This morning I ordered steel for next month, as well as parts for the framelock. Also ordered leather, so it`s been an expensive morning, and I have not even ordered handle materials! I also ground out a blade for a small friction folder, have not made one of those in a while.

I just sent you a template for my "Roach Belly Lite". It's an 82% version of your original design. As usual, I'm looking forward to seeing this one come to life.

I'm around, been mostly lurking. Not a whole lot going on as of lately; work & home mostly. I need to get myself outside more on my days off, but I'll wait til some of the warmth comes back, lol.

I've been lurking here, but I tend to not want to post as much as I have yet to purchase one of your knives. In due time, that will be accounted for :)

I haven't posted much either lately. Been busy with work and trying to get back into my exercise routine after the long winter here.

I've been in the woods turkey hunting here in Ky, and using my Ky Fieldmate. I do check in and see what's going on, but don't post much. Here's the result from this morning's hunt. Sorry no in use photos of the fieldmate.

Hi guys -

I have been busier than a raccoon on garbage day. I am getting my motorcycle ready for a trip this summer, I recently had some work done on one of my cars, I need to start getting my yard cleaned up from winter and start mowing. Just a lot going on this time of year.

I am still very excited about the new JK Ti Frame-locks though! It will be a great spring.

best regards -

I'm back on the road. I only have 8 payments left on the truck so I decided to stick with it for a while. I have been busy showing off my new knife too. I can't believe how good it feels.
Hopefully I'll be in your neighborhood in May.

Looks like another nice one.

i havent spent much time online lately as concrete season is starting to ramp up and all i do is work and sleep :(

Finals are coming up. Unfortunately, doing way too much homework, studying, projects, and papers. I thought last semester of senior year was supposed to be a breeze? I think this weekend I'll have some time for working on my scandimuk handle.

Congrats and good luck!

Jeff

Thanks! So far, so good. I've spent the last week analyzing two years worth of proposal data and generating a 2,500 written report and strategic plan with a 32 slide PowerPoint presentation that has 12 charts. I think I need a beer.......

Although, on a knife related note, I have been enjoying the Alox SAK that I traded for with John at a Gathering swap. I kept it in the package until I got a "real" job. It may be the perfect office pocketknife. I use it to cut up fruit at least two or three times a day and for other misc. pocketknifey stuff. It looks great, is slim and light (awesome for dress pants) and doesn't scare our admin who "hates" guns and sings in her church choir. I've even noticed a few admiring glances from office passerbys.

John, while it is quiet I've been wondering. Have you considered making a JK version of the Randall you recently got? I'd love to see one.

Talk about dead! Let`s get something going here, I`ve only got this forum for six more months, so let`s get some new topics started, and have some fun!
