Too tactical for a NY hunting knife?

Do you think the Boker Plus Mosier is too tactical for a NY State hunting knife? This will only be carried when hunting and in possession of a valid hunting license. God I love this knife!
It is a single edge fixed blade.

that is the knife I have as my FB hunting/survival knife. Also have a folder, but its nowhere near tactical.

If you are hunting, you are carrying a loaded firearm. That said, I doubt very much if a game warden is going to give you any grief about your knife. How long is the blade? I use a Cold Steel "Master Hunter" with a 4.5" blade myself.
