Heres a SHSH that I got a while back from a fellow forumite. It came to me with the black crinkle coating but with a "little" work she's sittin pretty. I'm getting it professionally BB'd this week. I think.

Heres a comparison shot with an SFNO.

Ahh, with the ole Sig 226.

Madhatta from here on the forums stopped by for a while to have a knife show & tell and brought his DCBB SHSH, on bottom, so I took a pic of the two together.

His DCBB SHSH has a stamped spine. :thumbup:

Heres a BA3 I just got from a fellow forumite.

I really like it's size and feel.

With the Wiggys.

This is a slingshot my Dad made me, from Dogwood, for last Christmas. Yes I'm thirty and got a slingshot for Christmas. It shoots straight.

This is something I made after watching several Hood's Woods dvd's. It has about 30' of wire for snares and has a small hole to hold your stick while working a fire making bow. Made for fun.

Thanks for all of the compliments. After all of the work that went into that SHSH the BA3 might be the last one I do, and a SK. I do love the nekid blades though so who knows.

I took the coating off of the BA3 last night and started on the sanding. It is going to be bad arse. I can't wait to finish it and post some pics.

Solstice- Don't deny it Bro, I did for a long time and now wish I had 3 or 4 of them. The BA3 feels awesome in the hand and the blade shape is sweet.

I know this is a knife forum, but I must say I have been lusting after those sleeping bags for a while now. Too many drunken nights at the sprint car races or on the river, I guess. Does it really live up to the hype. They are kinda pricey, if you ask me.

They are the heat. They really do live up to their reputation. If you ask me they aren't that pricey compared to some other brands. The one pictured is a poncho liner. I also have two of the sleeping bags and love them. The pillow that comes with them is nice too and only takes up a very small amount of space. Even the zipper on them is cool.

Yeah the BA3 is on the want list for sure. The roped micarta is soooo cool. I got to handle a old SJ with that pattern of micarta. It feels like it would take an act of god to rip it from your hands. Thanks for posting the side by side of it with the SHBA, I didn't know that the BA3 blade was that chubby. Great...another reason to get one!

BTW...that SHSH looks like a fatty. What's the thickness on it?

Edited to add: the spine shot is the DCSHSH... was it a fatty?

My SHSH measures at a hair over .25" I'm not sure about the DCBB one. I love the stamped spine, wish mine had it.
