Hi Everybody,

I have been experimenting with carving kydex for years but I think I am now getting pretty good at it.

I have done quite a few carved kydex sheaths & holsters over the years.

Those that have been around awhile may have seen the "Tooled" kydex sheath I did for a Rat Daddy, many years ago.

My Son is a lot larger & older now. :)

Here is the newest one for a Battle Pappy.

I even stitched this one.

My buddy Hoss came over when it was done & laying on the table, he asked "who made the leather sheath for you ?"
He did a double take, picked it up & said wow.

Neato stitching, that is a new one. Like the flame job too.

Did you use all one bit for the Pappy sheath carving?

wow
is all i can say...

that is stunning work, I've never seen anything like that done with kydex before!!!!

Nice work Mr. Brown!!! :thumbup::thumbup:

Yes all by hand with dental bits in a roto tool.

Thank you all for the kind words.

Nice sheaths. The last one with the stitching looks like you put a lot of work into it, very intricate and cool design:thumbup:.

Nice looking stuff Big Man - but I choose kydex for other reasons

All I need is one that doesn't scratch my blade, locks the handle, and doesn't rattle?

And doesn't crack or break  With a Tec Lock included

Carved plastic doesn't do it for me, no offense

I can make those as you described.

This was just a little something different.
