Tools needed to replace hardware on Para 3 LW?

Just got a Para 3 LW and would like to replace the screws/clip with something pretty. I’ve never worked on a knife before - can anyone recommend a good Torx driver and/or other stuff I might need?

What other hobbies are you into? There are many good places to get Torx and other bit sets and screwdrivers. Wiha, Wera, and iFixit are my favorites. My personal favorite is my iFixit set that has standard and metric bits. They are geared more toward electronics use, but they actually fit firearms/knife screws better than the set that I bought that is made specifically for firearms.
My favorite set - they don't make this set anymore:

If it was assembled with red loctite (i.e. older knife) then you will most likely have to heat the screws before you break them free. If you don't heat them then you run the risk of stripping the screws even if you have the best Torx bits. I ran into this with a Sage1 and had to send it to Spyderco to get a screw replaced and had them replace the hardware without red loctite so I could remove screws in the future. If the screws do not want to move then assume they are loctited.

I picked up a Para 3 LW about a year ago. I removed the pocket clip because, well, I don't like them. There wasn't any Loctite on mine, and I suspect there isn't, because the clip is (user) reversible, from one side of the knife, to the other. Anyway, the screw on mine uses a T-8 Torx driver.
