I thought it would be fun to see some of the tools other Hogs use for their jobs.
I work in a mill setting in central BC, Canada. Today I'm running a piler, stacking railroad ties for treating.
Post a pic of your INFI with some tools of your job.

^ I like that Toyota

Sawfiler. I had a picture of a chopweiler on our roundsaw leveling anvil that I can't find now. I'll try to remedy that, but in the meantime, here's a few shop pics.

Leveling and tensioning hammers on the large roundsaw bench

Nice saws, Hard Knocks Hard Knocks . Not often see a head saw that big with brazed teeth. ours have keys and replaceable bits. We only send the big boys to the shop when we blow out a shoulder on some evil surprise in a tree. Horseshoes, insulators, tree stand steps.. booo. They fix us up and you usually cant even see the repairs.

Keep us in the sharps, sawman!

Oh man, you've just got to love (not!) all the crap in trees. Bullets aren't so bad, but that other stuff you mentioned is the devil. Railroad spikes and those insulators are about the worst (as it sounds like you know :) )

That brazed-tooth saw is a 42" decksaw blade. It's the biggest brazed-style that I can handle in-house. I like working on those bit & shank-style blades like you've got. Whoever engineered that style blade knew what he was doing

"They fix us up and you usually cant even see the repairs." If we've done our job, you won't find it :D

Never was very good at those "Where's Waldo" books. I am still looking for the HG55. Of course I have been enjoying the evening and I am seeing atleast three of everythibg at the moment, except HG55s.

Garth--look at the top of the shorter pole... all three knives are there :D
