Top 3 are Spyderco, Benchmade & Kershaw

The Top 3 production knives are Spyderco, Benchmade and Kershaw. This made me think about the great sea of neglected knives out there... the ones in the kitchen.

There are claims of greatness out there in kitchen knives today and I wonder what are the most popular ones based upon actual use. Anyone want to venture out with the top 3 production kitchen knives? Maybe they all cut the same...

The Kai (Kershaw) Shuns are very well recieved (I own them myself) and I've been impressed with the Al Mar Ultra Chef's I've used as well.

Victorinox Forschner. Best bang for the buck. Gotta spend a lot more to get better knives.
