See above, more money but more knife, this is the "ONE" knife I would carry if only one were available to me.

On the street...

-Cold Steel Rajah 2 - for 90 or so dollars you get a knife that can stop a fight just by being drawn.

-Spyderco Resilience - the 40 dollar knife the can get you out of a bad situation by pulling and not using it, what the Military is without the cash flow.

-Cold Steel Recon 1 Tanto - a bad boy flick it with fixed blade utility.

-TOPS Walkabout, I would love to carry this concealed, IF it weren't against the law in California,
-Spydie Resilience.

Wild
Ratweiler - best all arounder I've handled
CS kukri - beast of a chopper
RMD - another solid all arounder

Street
SOG CF tomcat - smooth action, huge blade amazing quality
Manix 2 cts XHP- big, fast, crazy lightweight
Ti sage- love the feel, it just oozes class.
 
Wild
Backpacking - Busse Boss street - favorite by far. Doesn't weight much, and its as tough as it gets...

Hiking - Strider SNG or SMF.

Street - office...

Sebenza - small or large..
 
Wild: Brain Goode custom Companion
Street and darn near everywhere else: Large Sebenza

I also like to carry a slipjoint everywhere including the woods and they vary greatly.

Mostly a Busse FFBM with a SAR 3 LE piggy back
Other times I carry a Busse NMSFNO, or an RMJ Tactical Eagle Talon (I didn't see tomahawks being ruled out)

In the City:
A Benchmade 890 Torrent

Or a Busse SAR 3 LE, or a Blind Horse Batwing

Or the Torrent and a combination of the 2 above.
