What are your top 5 Busse users, and why?
Here are mine:
1. AK-47. I have two and they are both Banned (full convex with satin finish and polished edges). I use them daily to cut tatami mats.
2. Ruck. I use mine for yardwork. When I had my AKs Banned I thought I should probably stop using them for tree and bush trimming, so I decided I needed a large knife that was smaller than a machete and tough as nails. The Ruck made the perfect pick.
3. Game Warden. Again, I use it for yardwork. I also use it at the office, around the house, and for whatever uses seem to warrant a sharpened pry bar/pygmy hatchet. Surprisingly, there are quite a few.
4. Razor. I was skeptical of this knife for years, then got a Mud Razor and took it on a survival expedition. It was perfect. It can chop, slice, pry, and stab through almost anything. While it isn't perfect at any of these, it does them all, and that's the kind of knife I need when I'm in the sticks with no pre-packaged food or water for a week. I have several Hell Razors and Mud Razors as back-ups now, and can't really discern a difference in performance (but I like standard HR handles better that the asymmetric MR handles, for whatever reason).
5. Nick. The original "thin" Nick is the perfect kitchen knife. It's a cleaver and a fine slicer all in one. If only Busse would make a Kitchen Line complete with parers, steak knives, bread knives, and of course a nice 9-10 inch chef knife...
Those are my pics. What are your's?
