Top choice manual stiletto under 100.00 ??

I'm trying to see if anyone here has a Stiletto type knife which you think is outstanding for under $100.00 which has the following characteristics:
4 inch blade (or close)
Easy to open with a flick of the wrist, or is spring assited
Pocket clip

Cold Steel Tilite is the one for you. Look on Ebay for the best price. They come with different handles and steels for different prices.

I'd really recommend the 530 over the Ti-lite. My experience with the Ti-lite is that it developed a significant amount of vertical bladeplay after using the "wave" feature.

The 530 is lighter and faster to deploy. Plus, it is slim as can be.
