Top Crucarta PM2 clip screw, stripped? First problem of any sort with a Spyderco. What do?

So, I decided that my Crucarta PM2, my most carried one, would be in need of an Emerson wave, and I slapped my 5x5 Pickpocket on there. I then realized, the standard clip position of the PM2 clip does not facilitate waving. Went to go to the top screw (second screw tried) and it wouldn't unscrew. Thought it was just dirt, but I noticed the screw is stripped. I've never moved the clip, the clip is still in the standard position, I just tightened the screws back, and the clip is like it was.

I would like to change that, though. Any advice? Or, do I gotta send it in?

The 5x5 Pickpocket for the PM2 has poor mounting geometry. That particular model can be easily forced off the blade by pushing it backwards along the spine.

Can you post a picture of the screw head? Did you try a different driver? It may fit better.
I did, I tried the next largest Wiha up, a #7, to no avail. I will post a pic shortly.

I noticed it wasn't as strong as the others I have.

At least the first run of Crucarta PM2 had an issue with the clip holes lining up and causing stripped screws.

Do you remember when it was released? I think I got mine somewhere in Feb-March.
