What a great little Forum we have here! While I am a newcomer to BladeForums, one thing is perfectly clear to me already, the Reeve Forum absolutely ROCKS!!!

Last August when I received my Sebenza I thought I got everything that was supposed to come with the order. Happy as a lark. Oblivious to what was ahead. Nobody ever told me I had purchased a knife with a SOUL

! Nobody ever told me I was now a SEBENZANISTA

! Nobody ever told me I was likey to become a SEBENZAHOLIC

. Nobody ever told me that in all likelyhood I would develope SEBENZANITIS

! Nobody ever told me of the passion that some people develope for these knives. Shame on CRK for not putting warning labels on the boxes or at least placing a liability waiver inside!

The thing about this forum when compared to others is that it is 99.999% positive! No complaints of price gouging, decreasing product quality, poor customer service, questioning which direction the company is headed or complaining about not having the mfgrs. participate in their forum. Just good helpful input being provided to those requesting it. I read all threads, even those that do not initially catch my eye just because I want to. I have found answers to questions I didn't even know I had.

Anybody have any thoughts they would like to share? We have all seen the Saturn ads on television portraying the unity these owners feel amongst themselves and I will leave you with this; how far are we from t-shirts and homecomings in Boise?

Got the T-Shirt, well made and it catches the attention where ever I wear it, with the Think Twice, Cut Once legend silkscreened on it! It's a great conversation started and enables me to enlighten others on the Sebenza knives and Chris Reeve in particular.

So welcome aboard, I see you are from Northern NY, I work down in Elmira so it's not too far away?

My thoughts exactly! If you go through some of the other forums where there's a strong following, you will find a lot of negative stuff. Not so with CR! The CR forum pretty much as a perfect record. However, if you go into Mad Dog's forum you will also find a perfect record! Why is this? This is because Mad Dog deletes all the bad posts!! Go there and post, Mad dog knives suck and your post will not be there the next day!
