I would like to thank your Customer Service and Warranty & Repair Depts, especially Kelly Williams and Mike Hayes for their help with my first ever return of a Spyderco for warranty service. I won't go into details, that doesn't matter. I will say that I came away from the experience very satisfied and very happy. Thanks.
