Top Quality Assisted Opener, 3" Max

I am looking for a top-quality assisted opener with a blade no longer than 3 inches. I have a ZT0300, which I really like, but the town in which I live forbids the carry of knives with blades longer than 3 inches. Quality is more important to me than price. Thanks.

I love my Leek

Quality is definetly there, the assisted open is smooth and quick, and it only cost $50 at the local sports store. It's got a 3" blade.
