At the top of my list for the Blade Show this year was Chad Nell, I was lucky enough to purchase a couple of his knives and as a Dealer I feel fortunate that Chad has chosen The Fort to present his work. I am sure Chad's knives will work continue to excite Collectors for years to come and he is just an all around great guy to talk with about all aspects of knife making.

Chad insures that every knife he makes has a fit & finish that is as flawless as possible, this knife was just such an example. The rich Mammoth Ivory handles were a dark contrast to the bright, impeccable Mirror Polished blade and Bolster. And of course the design is a classic! This was a knife that I thoroughly enjoyed visiting with and I know the new owner will treasure it (I have spoken with him and he is extremely thrilled).

well, I like Chad's work also and almost had one but Dan Delevan just would not put it down so it went somewhere. Will watch for something in the future from Chad. Had nice emails with him prior to and after Blade 2013.
 
I saw his work at the Plaza Show last year.

Thought it was overpriced and the soldering joint wasn't that clean compared to Buchanan, Lin, Sharp or Vestal.
