Topeka paper knife letter

Here is a link to a letter to the editor that appeared in the Tuesday 7/25/00 edition of the Topeka Capital Journal newspaper. I thought it might be of interest to the forumites. As background, the author is referring to the recent crash of a police helicopter that killed both officers aboard while on a call at night.

I posted a similar topic about a young boy dangling from a seatbelt outside of a stolen SUV. His mother was unable to release the seatbelt and watched helplessly as the thief drove away with her son.
