Topo maps Garmin eTrex Venture?

Just got a Gramin eTrex venture HC for a belated Christmas present.
Can anyone suggest good maps for the Garmin eTrex Venture? Also if there are any good tutorials for it.

Check this place out for starters. I loaded topo maps for my Garmin 60cs and it works great

IUKE12, thanks for that link now I just need to figure out how to actually use the thing. Right now I can use it to mark where I parked the car, where I've been and how to get back to the car to back up my dead reckoning
