sry for the trouble, but im a noob at this, and so, am bound to make idiotic mistakes. :D anyone want to tell me how to get rid of this? :o
 
No forget about getting rid of it, lets talk about it. What did you want to use it for? I went round and round about buying one, but the more I thought about the fewer reasons I came up with one. Are you into camping or survival?
 
there is another thread titled the same thing. if you could find it and use that, id appreciate it. I would be using it as a combat/survival knife. I need a really tough one that will function well as a combat knife too.
 
Ok then you might want to consider a different knife, this one is really designed for being used as a spear head for hunting small prey like frogs and such.
 
You seem like a real considerate guy, not wanting to start a duplicate thread and all but dont worry, people do that all the time, sometimes by mistake or on purpose. And you never know who might want to talk on something you raised. There might be fresh stuff coming into this thread on the topic. I know I still havent resolved all my questions about the harpoon even after reading the other thread.
 
spear=another way to use it as a weapon.....Its 1/4 thick and has what looks like a sabre grind, so its toughness is not in question, and its advertised as a combat/sportsman. I think it would work okay for what i plan to use it for, the questions are more for the edge grind and material quality. again, i have another thread that this will be in, how do i delete this one? lol

thanks, I posted this and then it got posted again somehow. what i am asking about is in the other thread, where i hope people who own the knife will post info. if you are looking to buy one or even just a tops knife you might want to look for it. it has the same title. sry if i seemed like i was being short before, my computer is being a pain.
