TOPS ALRT in survival kit?

Hi everyone. I wanted to know what are your thoughts about adding a TOPS ALRT to a small survival kit (altoids size). Are they worth the money? Does anyone own one or have anything to share about them. They look good for how small they are. Anything would be helpful. Thanks

I just bought a Baghdad Bullet by them, and I like it. I'll be posting a review at some point.
