I like the knife and was wondering how you go about sharpening it? Does it have the scandi grind?

It has a scandi/ convex grind. Using any form of strop will sharpen the knife.

I was actually just cleaning mine up and have it right here. I would say that functionally, it is a scandi with an ever so slightly convexed zero edge but in terms of process, It seems to me that it was ground on a large wheel making it a very very shallow hollow grind with that very very slight convex edge. I say this because as I've been slowly bringing the edge on mine to a mirror polish, the top and bottom of the grind polish up first and the middle remains the same. Works great though. I really like the handle.
