Tops customer service is top notch

Hey guys I just figured I would post some recent dealings with tops knives. I recently purchased a mini tracker from knife country through amazon and after getting I realized the belt clip was on the right side of the sheath setup for left hand behind the back carry as I am right handed I went to switch the clip to the other side of the sheath. Well in doing so one of the sleeves that the screw screws into snapped (I was using my finger tips to tighten the screw so it wasn't over torqued). Anyways back to my story I called Tops Knives and got no hassle just a simple "whats your name and address" after giving this info I was expecting to hear we will send you one or even maybe two new screws and sleeves.... NOPE the guy I talked to Wyatt says "I'll send you out 6 new sleeves and screws this has been a reported issue before" So in short my amazed props to Tops knives for their excellent customer service. BTW here is a picture of the broken piece.......
