OK then... trying to get rid of these to regain what I just paid out buying Gold and help pay off the school bill I owe Wisconsin La Crosse for taking 2 credits of Army ROTC at their school.

TOPS Ranger Shortstop- 90% condition, with Kydex clip sheath. Some small rust spots on the blade (Which I would remove, except I can't find my 1200 grit sandpaper), carried, used maybe four times. Factory edge at 99%. Scales and blade coating at 99%. I have a bad digital camera, and bad lighting, but if you want pictures of any of these, I'll try. MSRP $119, you can have it for $40 shipped, Paypal +3%. SOLD.

Piranha S30V Bodyguard- 90% condition, Black TiNi blade coating at 90%, small scuffs near the tip where I used it to open pop cans (I have no fingernails, lol), factory edge at 90%. Small cosmetic nick in the aluminum handle at the end of the knife, finish worn at the top of fire button and on clip from carry. Great user though, locks up with virtually zero blade play. It's a good knife, I'd keep it if I could. Lowest Froogle price is $122 at Blade HQ, you can have this user for $80. Not a display knife, but Piranhas aren't expensive enough to be a display knife. Emerson La Griffe- 99% condition. Never used, lightly carried, brass sheath rivets are scuffed from chain carry, otherwise LNIB. Original box, original paperwork and all packaging. Bought maybe two weeks ago for $62.99 on eBay. $55 shipped. SOLD PENDING PAYMENT.

Checks or money orders will not be cashed until I get an email from buyer confirming delivery and satisfaction with knife. If I get an email within three days saying you're not happy, send it back in the same condition it was sent in and I'll send your money back.

I am busy all day tomorrow and don't have time to go to the post office, but if these are sold and payment received by tomorrow or early Friday, I'll have them in the mail by Friday afternoon or Saturday at the latest.

EDIT: Shipping clarification: Shipping via USPS Priority Mail, bubble padded envelope, knives wrapped in newspaper, insurance available for the stated price of each knife- you pay no shipping, but if you want insurance, you pay whatever that costs for however much you want them insured for.

Yes sorta. Is there any way for me to legally sell it to you? I'll have to figure that out, and whether or not, and if it becomes evidence, that may be a major issue. I'll be in touch with you after I resolve this. I hope I can sell it to you, and I might because I freely stated that it was listed for sale and most of the reason I was carrying it was because I didn't have any other knife, them having been sold. If you're interested, the price is now $60 shipped, but I can't sell it to you if:

A. It makes me commit any crime whatsoever, I.E. you have to be over 18, you have to be legally able to own an automatic knife in your locality

B. There has to be a legal way for me to send it to you.

If it is any legal problem at all, I can't sell it because getting rid of it and then being asked about it next week will probably not look good when someone asks to whom I sold it, and somebody brings up the point that it was an illegal sale.

If you can think of a way to legally get around that at all, then I will take $20 off the price, ship it insured and tracked for free, and be eternally grateful.

If I removed the coil spring, would that do anything, I wonder...
 
Anyone wanting to take advantage of my discount offer has to understand two things; first, you have to prove to me, citing appropriate legal code in your area, my area, and federal interstate commerce law, that I can legally send you an automatic knife. You have to prove that you can legally own one, and that I can send it to you. You also have to wait and see if I can sell this knife at all- it may become an evidence issue.
