I do not own one, but looking at it and reading about it, a few things came to my attention:
It seems like a mix of some useful features and some gimmicky ones.
I wonder how well the saw-spine works? Very rare that knives with saw spines are actually functional as saws in any decent way.
I definitely don't like the sharp spike on the base of the handle. I don't know if its meant to be a glass breaker or skull crusher, but the last thing you need in a survival situation or even a fight is having to use a tool with a sharp end pointed at you. The risk of injury outweighs any potential (and very limited) usefulness.
I'm assuming the steel is pretty good from what I have read about TOPS in these forums. Just remember the old maxim: A tool designed to do many functions will do none of them very well.
It certainly looks cool, but for pure functionality, I also think you can do better. That's my impression, curious to hear what others have to say.
