Are tops knives high quality (sharp, holds a edge, comfortable in your hand) specifically the bootlegger but interested in others as well

Tops designs never interested me until I picked up a Dragonfly. I have been using it for about two weeks and it continues to impress. Its very well built, came razor sharp and feels good in hand. It cuts better than most knives I have do to the thinner 1/8th blade thickness. I'm really digging it. I would say the quality is on par with Becker and ESEE.

I asked myself the same question for many years until purchasing the BOB about two months ago. Fit and finish is right up there.

Ha..... I just got the BOB last month and have been extremely happy with it. It was my first ever tops knife, and the quality is amazing. Will buy more tops knives for sure.

That Dragonfly has interested me as well, and only 2 or 3 other designs. All the rest are kinda extreme for my taste.

I've heard a lot of complaints over the years about their design choices, but I can't recall one about their quality. Design choice is a matter of personal taste and that was mostly before they began offering more traditional appearing patterns.
