TOPS Overland vs Ontaio TAK

Near as I can tell both of these knives have the same style. Drop point, 3/16 thick, mircata scales, and 1095 steel. Just the price is different. Is there something that the Overlander has that the TAK doesn't?

i'd take the TAK. TOPS stuff is not worth the price IMO. TAK also comes in D2 is you want more edge holding...
