I got to handles a few of the Tops small fix blades, Blue Otter, Sparrow Hawk. I thought they would be some real nice knives to EDC, either on your belt or in your pocket. Does anybody own or use these? Are they worth the price?

I bought a Blue Otter to my 7 year old son. He carrie's it when we go to the cabin and he loves it, I too. It's a very nice knife and it get scary sharp...

I have the Scalpel, the Cheetah, and the California Cobra. I LOVE TOPS. Completely underrated!!! They ROCK. They have hundreds of designs, You can definatly find something you like. They have something for everything. All American made. And a lot, or most of the Models are Super tough Carbon Steel. they use 154CM too. Not many companies can Match Tops in quality, and not many use Super tough Carbon Steel anymore. One of my Favorite companies, and well worth the price, and you can find them way cheaper then listed on the net. They feel almost like High end customs to me.
Check this and see what you like then search online for cheaper if you can find it.

I've got a TOPS Wolf Pup. The tiny blade and handle are surprisingly nice in the hand. It's wicked sharp. The sheath is nice design, but I'll have to say the spring steel clip is secure with some sharp edges that are not kind to a belt. I carry it some for hiking where it rides just right on a pack's shoulder strap. I also use it for yard work, like opening grass seed, lawn fertilizer, etc. Not a fancy steel, but certainly a great utility knife.

Yes, TOPS are very good knives with some of the best 1095 you will ever use.

i have the small alrt, its a nice little piece

I recently purchased a Raven X for my new edc and I love it! Small enough to clip inside my jeans pocket and big enough to get the job done at work all day long (shipping/ receiving). The baked on coating seems to be extemely tough also, shows no signs of wear after a month on the job. That's a first for any knife that I've used every day at work that has any kind of black coating and I've been doing this for over ten years and gone through many knives. All around LOVE it!
