Tops street scalpel sheath question

Hey,
Is the tops scalpel or any of the other little knives they offer have a sheath set up for horizontal carry?

The scalpel sheath, that I have, is made for vertical (upright or inverted) carry only. I do have one of their "Sneaky Pete" knives that has a new revolving sort of sheath that can positioned for horizontal carry also.

You should just call Tops and ask. They are very helpful. Don't email them, however, as they are not too quick in answering emails.

Curious as to what a "street scalpel" was, I googled it and came up with,
