So,

I finally got this image into shape.

The TOPS Talonite Shadow Hunter.

It came with a bead blasted finish, but nothing that a green Scotchbrite pad could not fix :) :)

So here is a page with the pic on it, the page may turn into a review, who knows...

That is interesting, that is much thinner than the grind on the 1095 Steel Eagle, of course the Steel Eagle is a heavy duty knife. Marion do you know if they have a steel version of the Shadow Hunter and is it ground any differently?

They have a 1095 version.

And as I understand it, the steel version is the exact same knife, just made of steel, with a powder coat.

Is that a two piece handle?? Micarta bolster??
I thought of doing a black G10 guard with different handle material on my chute knife to keep the weight down. Did they beat me to this idea??
