I actually used my TOPS tactical steak knife yesterday at Texas Roadhouse to cut up my steak and spread some butter on my biscuits and peel a few potatoes for lunch today . I have played around with it a bit doing camp tasks but figured it needed to be used in the kitchen. This knife is truly versatile.
