Torpedo

Glad you like it. I've never owned one, but I've handled a couple before. Seems like they would tear a target to shreds, lots of heft and a fat point. What target are you using, and how is it holding up?
 
Yeah, in the demonstrations on the CS DVD, the things are tearing up a target made of 2X4s... A lot of throwers like palm-tree rounds, if you're in an area where they're available. they're rather fibrous and sort of "self sealing", according to users.
 
I've been using 2x6's. It does destroy the wood after a while. I'm on the lookout for a stump. Glad I found this forum. Thanks
 
The Cold Steel Torpedo is one inch in diameter and will wear you out after throwing it a bit. They used to make one that was 3/4 inch in diameter that threw more like a knife nad wouldn't wear you out. I only have one and regret that I didn't buy more.
