Torqbar alternative

I tried to search for Torqbar, but surprisingly, nothing came up. May just be using the search function incorrectly, as I assume someone would have asked this before. I'm looking for a Torqbar alternative. At this point I'm not willing to pay $500-$1300 for one. I'll back the kickstarter when it happens, but in the mean time, I'm looking for an alternative. Something that I can spin in my fingers like a Torqbar. Not a top, but something that I can spin in my fingers on a bearing. Does anyone know of anything like that, or are there people on these boards who make something similar?

There is a dedicated thread about TorqBars and another one about fidget toys on EDCForums, in the Other Every Day Carry Items sub forum.
There were guys there who built spinning toys from bearings.
