Torrent 890 closing, detent problem

I have a problem, torrent cant be closed sometimes, i feel no detent, is that normal? It may open, right after i close it.
Right now it only opens itself if the blade goes down toward the floor with its weight, not only by assist power. What to do with it?
 
Best thing to do is send it in to BM for service. May be debris in between the nitrous mech...did you try flushing/blowing it out ?...lube? Did you buy the knife used? Won't matter as far as warranty...just curious.
