Torsion Bar rattle on my Chive

Hello, I just got done reassembling my kershaw chive to replace a broken torsion bar and when I reassembled it I noticed there was a lot of resistence when closing the blade and rattling when you shook the knife. I suspected it was something with the torsion bar so I opened it up and figured that the bar was not in the hole on the blade, so after many tries to get the right fit, it stopped rattling. I then proceeded to close the blade and test the opening. After it flicked open, the rattle was back. (NOOO! ). Well this is the weirdest thing because it rattles yet the knife still flicks open...When i put the blade down to 90 degrees, the rattle stops.
Does anybody have any idea what is going on? And are there any tips for easier reassembly?

Thank you

Found the answer, nevermind!

As for the rattle ,they only do that when the blade is open and the tortion bar is slack . Most of speed safe knives don't rattle and thats because we put a drop of grease in the speed safe pocket to eliminate this occurance however sometimes we don't put enough grease ,this won't hurt anything other than your nerves . we mill the pocket for the speed safe slightly oversize to reduce drag on the mechanism and this is the reason for the rattle .
