Torx bit size for Mini Griptilian

Hello, I was wondering what the torx bit size is for the Benchmade 556 Mini-Griptilian. The pivot is WAY to tight and I can't losen it. Also my ka-bar dozier knife is also really tight and i can't find the torx bit that works on these knives. When you try to turn the pivot screw the whole pivot turns as you turn the screw on the dozier and i have no clue how i can losen it. I tryed a T8 bit and it dosn't work.
 
It's either 5 or 6, I can't remember. I just bought a small set of Torx bits from Lowes after posting an identical thread :)

I couldn't find anything to fit the clip screws, but have it now.
 
I'm not sure how it would be smaller since the T6 is WAY to small and wouldn't the 5 be even smaller? :P
 
Sorry - I misread your post.

I just ran my Mini-grip out the garage. T10 fits the pivot screw perfectly.
