The best quality Torx drivers and bits that I have found are German companies Wera and Wiha as well as American made Brownells, the gunsmiths tool source. Amazon carries the Wiha and Wera brands as do Enco and MSC IIRC. The Bondhus small folding set is also good and it has the commonly needed bits for knife work.
Well made, correctly sized and properly hardened Torx bits are necessary for doing good work on knives, particularly in the smaller Torx screw sizes used on many knives, usually T6. Most of the cheap oriental made Torx drivers and bits I have looked at have been poorly formed and too soft. Poor or worn Torx bits can damage knife screws.
