Tossing around a Becker Necker...

Anybody ever get bored and end up throwing their neckers? Sunk mine right in, just about as perfect as it gets on the first try... And never since! Seems to have decent balance and what not, I gotta figure this little thing out one of these days!

I have to admit mine has been thrown at my foam archery target, it balances pretty well, the chord wrap with lanyard may throw it off a bit, I havent tried it since i added that.

I don't throw knives but I do throw 16 inch Tramontina machetes, when they are old and beat up. I call it redneck lawn darts. The only secret is to throw them "backwards", spine first and they stick great.

This is an inherently dangerous activity as misses can go cartwheeling across the yard and if they hit wrong they are pretty springy and can bounce around a bit. Mac

Oddly enough I did the same thing with my CRKT Sting. First throw, first try a stick. Never got it to do it again.

i have a bunch of throwing knives and ninja stars, but if i throw any of my other knives i usually throw them at my foam 3-d targets too....
