I stumbled across knifetests which led me to busse knives. I'm very impressed and have been looking for a nmsfno or fbm the last couple days. All I needed, another expensive hobby......:D

I dont think there is any comparable knife company to the
BUSSE AND Busse kin companies.After your first buy,
you will buy another, and well it is an addiction
as the hogs say!!Get ready!

Thanks for the heads up jaxx. I thought only the hg55 was available......And it begins, another hobby my income cannot support......lol

Different website. :)

www.bussecombat.com is where you order directly from Busse, but usually you may have to wait for it for a while as they make the knives per order. Usually only one model is available at a time through this website, and this is the OINKficial website of Busse Combat. :thumbup:

www.bussecompanystore.com is run by an independent Busse knife dealer who gets shipments of Busse's in from time to time as he orders them when available, and when delivered to him, he lists them on the site for immediate shipping as they sell. Sometimes he gets a special model run, like the SAR4 which wasn't available through Busse Combat. :thumbup:]

Confused yet? :) Don't worry & stick around and you too will get the hang of how this craziness works! :D:thumbup:

Like you I am a relative newbie. I have been collecting just under a year and I am almost at my first dozen knives.
Busse Bankruptcy I call it:D
I have purchased most of my knives from the excellent folks on the "for sale" forum. There are often great deals to be had and you can still get some of the long gone classics like the NMFBM...let us know how you go.

I know how you feel... Never really payed attention to Busse knives before. Suddenly I thought I had to give it a try. From the second that idea hit my brain, it took less than a day before I bought a beautiful green/green linen FFBM from knife hunter. She's on her way now, and I really cant wait... I'll try to be immune to the INFIdiction, but I already find myself looking at smaller Busses to accompany the Mistress.. Guess it's futile!

Yeah, what he said!!! I've been in this game about 3 weeks now too and so far I've aquired 5 Game Warden and 2 SAR4 with black G-10!!!!!

I need to force myself to slow down for a bit or I'll be living with one of you!!!
 
Get out now, before it's too late! Sure it starts small, just a knife or two now, and then maybe another next week, but then another, and another, and another. You tell yourself that you can stop anytime you want, but you keep buying.

And then your priorities start to change. You find yourself sitting at home on Friday night pushing F5, waiting for the ganzaaa "GO." Or waiting for Skunk to release the latest Company Store exclusive. You find yourself asking whether you really need another black rifle, and you pass up a good deal because you've got a few of the latest offering from Busse on order. You probably start drinking a lot more, putting on weight, and wearing Hawaiian shirts.

And then one day you wake up and realize that there's a Terror Monkey on your back, and a monster under the bed (or maybe in the closet, or in a safe). And you find yourself staring at something like this, wondering how the hell that happened:

Holy Crap that's a lot of INFI!!!!

Also you'll find yourself selling off guns so you can buy knives! Can you imagine that! You'll also find yourself subscribing to BLADE magazine and walking around your kitchen far more than you ever did so you can check the edges on all your kitchen knives! Hell, you might even buy a few knife sharpeners!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH
