Hi,

My fiancee is going to buy me a large Sebenza as a present ! :D :D :D

What I need to decide is wich one to get:

a) the large regular, dual thumbstuds; or
b) the large, classic, wood inlay (probabily bloodwood).

This knife will be a user. What do you guys think of the wood inlays ? Do they handle EDC well ? Or should I go for the bulletproof regular ?

Thanx in advance,

Personally I would go for the wood inlay. After your married a while you may not be able to afford one. :D

I'd go with the regular Sebbie w/dual thumb studs. I would further recommend that you consider getting one with a stonewashed blade. I have a small Sebbie with such a blade and feel that it makes a better EDC blade due to that finish eliminating the worry about scratches.

Well, since you have been such a great boyfriend, and since you spent all your hard earned money on a ring..How about both???

I bought my wife and engagement ring (£3000), a gold pendant and a Tiffany's necklace when we got married (plus a platinum wedding ring). She bought me an Umfaan.Call me daft but I think I still got the best deal! :) It's our anniversary soon and I have been dropping hints for a decorated small sebbie but I'm not holding my breath. :footinmou
