Which model would you guys choose as the toughest or most durable ?? Any torture testers out there...

Well, of all my folding spydies, I think the chinook is probably the toughest. It is tank like. Of the fixed blades, given blade shape, lenghth, thickness, taper and so on I think the temperance will stand up best...no big cut out at the choil like the perrin.

When I first read the title, I was tempted to say "that's an easy one, definitely the Chinook". And yet...
I have a Ladybug that has been quite abused. It has performed great and it still does.
Now of course that is unapropriate to compare the Chinook to a Ladybug, just like you can't send a featherweight rookie against a heavy weight boxing champion.
My point is that there are categories of knives when a particular model may show the greatest potential. Indeed, the Chinook is a very strong folder, maybe the strongest of all. The Gunting and the Lil'T come very close too.
Speaking of fixed blades, I'd say that the TTZ Probe is the toughest - well, it's not exactly what you'd call a knife, you got me at his one ;)

I've never handled a Chinook but I do know that the Lil' Temperance sure seems to be the sturdiest of the Spyderco's I own.

Chinook it's overwhelmingly the toughest folder I have ever owned.

Speaking of the Chinook, how thick is the tip on that knife? I mean how does it stack up to other full size folders?
