Tracker Type Survival Knife

Looks like there is alot of interest in this knife. There were several makers making this style, but only TOPS is currently. Is there any custom knife makers willing to make one with staggered, self-cleaning, hand-cut saw teeth, like the Beck version?

Doesn't Dave Beck still make the Wilderness Survival Knife?

In that style there is also the Jensen Elite Evolution Survival knife.

Dave is indeed still making them--his health just prevents him from turning them out really fast. Current wait time is many months, but few would argue that his craftsmanship isn't worth the wait. I don't own any of his knives, but those I've handled have been as close to perfect as I've seen.

wait time for a Beck, I believe is around a year.

Just order one from Beck -- it's his design, and he's the only one that should profit from it.

I love my BEck. From what I have read it is way better than the tops version. I think both are nice knives. I just opted for the maker himself to make mine, so I had to wait like 8 months for it. HAppy to say I am breaking it in with lots of fun in the woods. My favorite knife to take to the woods is one I made but I do think that the tracker is a good design.
