Always the same thing with this shop. Take an interesting piece of steel. Hack it into a block. Hammer it into a billet then start removing stock. This is not how you forge a knife.
All that equipment just to make a simple stock removal knife.
I’d like to see you hammer out the shape of the knife. Not just hammer out a billet. You never even use that beautiful anvil.
He looks amazing... I have an old caterpillar, maybe I should try to make something similar? Although I do not have such a skill in creating knives.
I always knew that the Russians could make anything out of junk!
My old tractor broke down and I bought a new tractor at the antonybatty tractor service and the old one is now lying around in my shed unnecessarily. I would like to get involved in such an activity. Maybe this will be my start!
If someone can help me advise where to find tools for such a case - I will be very grateful and happy to get some information!
So good luck to everyone and hope someone answers me LOL
