Trademark Infringement?

The appropriate people either have been or will be made aware of this item.

I don't see that pic as a current model, and may have been an early production item before their talon hole was re-engineered out.

Thanks for your keen eye.

Mike

Both Mike and Featherstone have it covered. The Fehrman knife pictured was a first run protoype. The front guard hole was re-engineered out of the production model.

Thanks,

Jerry

also you might like to know that the busse talon hole was the first talon locking mechanism to lock a folder in to a fixed blade. the talon lock to be used by dark ops is a direct infringement

i have been thinking for quite some time of making a busse folder out one of the fixed blades, using the talon hole as the locking mechanism, and the first tube rivet area as the hinge.... never actually did it, but it would be mighty cool :D
