Would 'What-a-knife (tm)' be the same timescale as Dura-tool, they have a similar appearance?

"What a knife" was made for a company that made .... I think, saws, and was the saws were called "What-a-saw". There for the name was not a Camillus trademark name, but that of the company the knife was made for.
And it was a spinoff from the Duratool line, but I am not sure of the time period they were made.
There were three knives in the set, the single blade, two blade, and a single blade with a opener/screwdriver.
