I don't know if this is the correct area to post this but do i need to pay bladeforums just to ask if someone has a certain knife for trade? Thank the help is greatly appreciated

Even though it's Want to Buy, just ask if someone has one to trade instead.
To open a trade thread, you need a Basic membership. Not expensive, but that's the rule.
