Traditinal Locking folders opinions

Hello my fellow fourmites members. I have a question regarding traditional folders, I have been collecting knives for awhile now and know what to expect from modern folders Spyderco, Benchmade, Boker, Sog, etc. however I don't have any traditional style knifes. While I was on my quest to find one I like I came across two that interest me a kershaw Black Gulch and a Puma Cadet on knife center's website. My question is what came I expect in quality from these two, I have had a few Kershaws but never a Puma. They both look like there built alike and the kershaw is considerably cheaper, if you were to buy one of the two what would it be?

There are better traditional lockbacks available.

The Buck 110 is a classic. It's also a lot of knife for $30. The folders by EKA are often overlooked but still a good value. Their bubinga handles are also very pretty.

I'll through in the opinion that PUMA isn't a bad knife for the money.

I prefer the older, pre 90 knives, though.
