It's that time of year for mushrooms in the northern hemisphere. Share your pics of your traditional with mushrooms and fungi.

Mushrooms in the Northern hemisphere??? Up here on 64° North we've only just got the green blush of spring :eek:

Here's some fungi on logs that have been outside for two winters, the past one got down to -37C. No idea if they're edible or even 'magic' but they look entrancing ;)

It’s a shame you didn’t start this thread 4 hours earlier this morning. I saw this neon-looking thing while on my walk - if I had known about this thread, I would have tried getting my knife in the picture:

I might have fallen in the creek though, trying to juggle my knife and phone while perched on the wet, slippery rocks. Anyway, it was maybe a half a mile from here:
