I've managed to pick up a small collection of traditional Boker patterns along the way. Most have been new. I picked up this jack knife on the bay a short time ago and I've been trying to get info but haven't had much luck. Anyone have any idea on how old this is? I have a Boker catalog from 1975 that shows the "Tree Brand" blade marking the same as this knife. What I don't know is how long they used this marking. I figured I would try here before heading over the Mr. Levine's forum.

Sorry for the crappy pics....best I can do where I'm at.

I cant say much to help you, but I do wanna say this:
NICE CATCH  congrats

Peter

thanks...i really like this knife. as far as I can tell it has never been sharpened.
the picture of the blade looks terrible but there is hardly a mark on it. the pen blade is a real nail breaker but that's about the only complaint i would have.
