So now that thanksgiving is a wrap, we have Christmas and New Years coming up. Let's see those holiday colored knives. Red, green, silver, gold, etc.

I'm sure everyone can do better than my RR's. But I found them interesting, maybe a little kitchy, but interesting. [emoji3]

I don't own a single holiday theme knife (maybe I should rectify that starting with this Christmas). I do have a few knives handled in green and in red - but none with both colors on a single handle. OH

Nice, that's exactly what I was looking for. Didn't think there would be anything full on themed. Just covers in those colors. My kitchy pair just happened to make me think that there have got to be a lot of great red or green scales out there.

How about Red on White, hmmmmm?;)

Guess what year the Camillus was made and win a free trip to Hawaii!!

JK, JK!!:D

I got one, my holiday knife. The pattern doesn't agree with me for everyday use, so I keep it as a December knife, used at home for the month and especially at Christmas and New Years.

Case Red Christmas Tree bone Mid Folding Hunter in TrueSharp Stainless.

These were a limited run in the christmas tree bone, of as I recall 300 knives, made in 2003. I got it in a Christmas time round table knife trade (everyone puts their name in, names draw randomly to a list, 1st guy sends to 2nd, 2nd to 3rd, etc, last guy sends to the 1st..) in/around December about 2005 or 2006.. Was my first Case knife actually.

I had it about 3 weeks max, then modified the snot out of it. ;) At the time I hated liner locks, and had no use for pocket clips. I took it fully apart and removed the lock liner and re-assembled it. Also ditched the clip. And re-ground the blade to a full flat grind..

Its a great worker, and fantastic for slaying the dreaded plastic bubble/clam packages that infest modern packaging.

Great idea for a thread!!
I've got this S&S Mudbug in Red Linen Micarta. Quite Festive considering the green background, and I won't be able to play with this one until after Xmas....so.

Oh, I need a gold knife now. Didn't know I'd need a gold knife. Thanks guys!!! Haha

Here's one from Canal Street. This was a Christmas present from my wife. It's a nice, nice knife.

Traditional red and green- sorry the dark green is a hard colour to photograph and get right.

Here's a few more Rough Riders. Not specifically Christmasy, but sort of festive looking.

I usually can't resist retreiving one of these out of my organizer when people bring up christmas colors, this one
is in christmas tree celluloid. Ken.

Cool seasonal thread, bflying!! :thumbup::thumbup:
I've been seriously considering that Rough Rider Christmas canoe, and it's great to find someone who has one. Have you used it much? How do you like it? It's bigger than a normal canoe, right?

Here's some Christmas Alox:

I happen to also have lots of red celidor Vics, such as this Camper, Recruit, and Tinker:

But not much green to pair with my red! Here's a Girl Scout knife that will have to do!

Hey 5k, I have not used them much. But really should during the holidays. I've just got too many nice knives, I usually end up grabbing some of the more expensive brands. But I should say that these are a big step up for Rough Rider. All the blades are etched, file worked, and all the springs are file worked also.
