I just got a Schatt & Morgan Large Coke Bottle. Gotta say, I love it.... it's huge, but being pretty slim, still pocketable. It has some horizontal play in it. After close inspection, it appears that the blades were ground slightly thinner than the back springs because the springs are really tight with hardly any gaps, yet I can see gaps around the blade tangs. Now, I'm sure some of you will say 'Send it back!', but this here knife isn't the easiest to come by and I got a pretty good deal on it. I have to admit, I'm okay with the slight wobble, but what I'd like to know is if this will continue to get worse with use and is there any way to fix it, other than the factory route? My S&M Daddy Barlow has the same issue, but not quite as bad and it seems okay..... other than the blade play, the knife is fantastic. I'm wondering if this is a problem with the really long blades in general?
Thanks in advance.
